What do I need to do to lose belly and thigh fat? And keep my butt, but round my hips? Do I need to lose and then gain? Help ya girl out please 😩
I know food plays a big part too. I only drink water and wine occasionally but sodas and juices are a big no. I’m just trying to lose between 20-30 lbs.
